Groundwater Story Board

The Houston Advanced Research Center and Regional Groundwater Science Partnership, a consortium comprising Woodlands Water Agency, The Woodlands Township, Water Control and Improvement District No. 1 and Southern Montgomery County MUD, have produced a very informative and interactive website to educate Montgomery County residents about groundwater in our area.

The groundwater story is complex, but this story board presents the information in straightforward language.  The intent of this website is provide community outreach on regional studies and information related to groundwater supply and demand, and subsidence in Montgomery and Harris Counties.
